1. What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 300 EUR net

2. How long does it take to process an order?

3. How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer in EUR or USD or via Paypal. If you choose Paypal, we will add a payment fee to the total amount of your order

4. Do I have to pay VAT?
It depends. If you are from an EU country and do not have an active EU VAT number, then we have to add VAT to you. However, if you have an active number, or are from a country outside the EU, then you do not have to pay VAT

5. What are the shipping options?

6. What is the ordering process like?
You place an order -> Wait for the proforma -> Pay the proforma -> The order is ready -> Pay extra for shipping (if it hasn't been paid) -> We send the order -> You get the final invoice

7. How much time do I have to pay the proforma?
3 days for new customers, 7 days for regular customers. In individual cases, we can establish other payment terms

8. Can I get an additional discount?
Yes, permanent discounts depends of the sum of orders: above 2000 euro - 1%, above 5000 euro - 2%, above 10000 euro - 3%

9. Can I order products in my own colors?
Yes, in the CREATOR category, you can fully personalize products

10. Can I order webbing with my own pattern?
Yes! You can send us a ready pattern, according to the guidelines, or use our graphic designer (additional cost). Later you can order your own pattern in the CREATOR category by choosing the webbing color "-your own pattern-"

11. Is it possible to brand tags?
Yes, we can prepare fabric and paper tags with your logo/name (additional cost)

12. Do you use barcodes?
Yes, but only upon request

13. Why is the lead time so long?
We are a small manufacturer and currently have over 120 distributors worldwide. Lead time depends on the current number of orders

14. Where is your headquarters?
In Zielona Góra, Poland

15. When was your company founded?
In 2016

16. Where do your sheepskins and rabbit skins come from?
A small family tannery in Poland

17. How do you hire employees? Are they paid per item?
No! Our employees are hired on permanent contracts and have a fixed salary, regardless of the number of products.
